As i start to pray, I just have this reminder/revelation about consistency.
It seems to be a very yucky one, but I will still share. For the past few days, I was trying to diet, also at the same time trying to save money that are spent on transport. I was keeping going to the toilet more often....daily to be exact....and now I go again ....haha
The biological purpose of passing motion, defecation is the mean which the body excrete all its biological / unprocessed/ unfinished products and waste materials so that they will not reside within the body to let any of the toxin be absorbed into the body. The longer the time the waste products stay, the high possibility and more of the toxin will be absorbed by the body. This is not healthy for the body in the long run.
As what the bible has mentioned that our body is the temple of God.
1 Corinthians 6:19 (New International Version)
Galatians 4:3 (New International Version)
However if you dare to try, make it a habit to go to the toilet to pass motion daily; or make it a conscious effort to do so, perhaps before you know it, it will soon become a habit. Why do we need to do our daily cleaning up.
Colossians 2:8 (New International Version)
8See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ.
Toxin is a parasite within the body. Although it is not a living thing, it reside within the body and cause disruption to the normal process of the body. Thus toxin are excreted, not reacted upon by the body immune system. Without the body immune system acting upon it, it means the body is not aware of the presence of such toxin. Same goes with the principles of the world that are not based on Christ, we may not know that they reside within us, within the temple of God.
As mentioned in the bible,
Titus 3:14 (New International Version)
14Our people must learn to devote themselves to doing what is good, in order that they may provide for daily necessities and not live unproductive lives.
We should learn indeed to do what is good, in order that they may provide for daily necessities and not live unproductive lives. If you see in the spiritual realm, if we see and learn to do what is good to the spiritman, in order that the spiritman can provide the daily necessities, i.e. prayer, intercession, labouring and loving thy neighbour, and not live unproductive lives, live the servant whom hid the talent that his master gave him.
Just one simple application to learn - go toilet more often and try to make it daily....haha....Things just go naturally and easily....
